Chop the cornichons finely and then mix all ingredients in a bowl. Taste and season if you want to.

Making your own fresh salads at home is always a winner for side dishes and also for a light summer lunch in the garden. If you have green fingers, you can consider planting some of your own lettuces, vegetables, and fruits and these can be used throughout the year to make amazingly fresh salads for you and your family to enjoy.

One of the great tips we have is to save cuttings of herbs when you buy the at the supermarket and then plant them into your garden and this will give you so many herbs to use for your meals as well as fresh herbs to add into dressings for your salads.
